About Us
James Colborn, CPA is a firm that specializes in professional and personal accounting services. The practice has been in business since 1997 and specializes in income tax, consulting, and accounting work. Some of the services provided are – Individual, S-Corp, C-Corp, and LLC taxation, bookkeeping services including payroll, sales and use tax, and general bookkeeping services, and business consulting.
In June of 2013 he took over the accounting practice of Darrell Jacobson, CPA. Darrell had over 40 years of service providing tax and accounting services in the Duluth area. The office is located in Superior in the Blaine Business Center, Suite 225.
Currently he is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin.
